Oh thank you lovely for the mention! Honestly everything you listed I would love to read... your essence here is YOU and we don’t care about labels... we just want to receive the things that inspire and light you up because when you share from that place it lights the world up! I hope you write about all of the things and more because your story is beautiful and magical and unique! You are a storyteller and that’s just wonderful! Xxx

Loved this! I really resonated with what you said, wanting to create and wondering about the time I could do all the things I want to do. I admire that you can do all these things and make money from them too!

My fridge was a very very old starter graveyard with mold on it so I had to toss them out. Then I got a new starter from a friend and made my first batch in maybe a year!?... yesterday!

I relate to this more than I could possibly even try to explain. Nothing would come out except stutters that said something akin to “girl, SAME.” That’s all.

I want to hear about every one of the things you mentioned. (But I must admit I gave a little squeak about Abbey Road, I'm a bit obsessed.) Thank you for the mention!

Oh Keris it is such a special place! and typically scruffy in places as well as you’d expect. I was in a little offshoot of it today called “the gatehouse” which is like a very posh garage done up with rugs and other soundproofing 😂 I’ve had some truly remarkable experiences there. And thank you! X

the main goal of my writing is to support mom's mental wellness, and learn how to nurture themselves (body, mind, and soul) through the daily chaos...like we need to accept that motherhood is messy and crazy and it is sometimes impossible to find time to care for ourselves, so we have to be practical (aka make it simple) in how we do it. My vision is that I bridge this together with intuitive work, seasonal living and various spiritual practices -- as all of those things support our mental and emotional health as a mother. I also have experience (certifications) in holistic and integrative nutrition so I like to talk about that aspect of wellness too. so yea..like all of those hyphens haha

Yes but hugely linked, all circling around the mind body spirit connection and how motherhood and our adventure with it affects it? Lovely! X

Ruddy loved this! I feel like I know a teeny tiny part of you and I want to know the rest! Your life is wildly different to mine and that intrigues me so much. So yes, please write about EVERYTHING. I want to know it all. Plus, your writing is gorgeous and I could read it all day 🥰. So excited for you!
